Noémie Debourdeau graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a master’s degree in public affairs. She started her career as project manager at the International relations Department at ENGIE. She later specialized in consulting at the lobbying firm Koz. She joined Anthenor in 2021 as a consultant, where she works in particular on industry, energy and transport issues. She was appointed senior consultant in 2022
