Graduate of Sciences Po, Pierre-Yves Bing has a decade of varied experiences in the field of public affairs: parliamentary assistant in the Senate, head of external relations for the Scouts and Guides of France (a youth and education association), development director of CEPS (think-tank), deputy general delegate and director of studies at DFCG (professional association of financial directors). Specialized in managing networks of leaders, he joined Anthenor Public Affairs in 2018 as a consulting director to coordinate the activity of parliamentary clubs. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law with a minor in Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Institut Catholique de Paris, Hortense de Cacqueray graduated from Sciences Po Strasbourg with a degree in Political and Social Sciences, specializing in Public Action.<\/p>\n

She began her career as a consultant in audit and strategy, then as a senior public affairs consultant at the firm Comfluence, where she specialized in health and social protection issues.<\/p>\n

Camille Dumouchel de Pr\u00e9mare, a graduate of the Master in Advocacy Law and Public Affairs from Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine \u2013 PSL and holding a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law from Universit\u00e9 Paris 2 Panth\u00e9on-Assas, began her career at Mobilians (formerly CNPA), a professional organization for mobility enterprises, where she was responsible for structuring, coordinating, and leading the influence efforts of the Mobility Alliance; a new entity that brings together more than a hundred startups from the mobility and automotive sectors. J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Ezerzer, a graduate of the University of Bath (UK) and holding a Master’s degree in political science with a specialization in political and parliamentary work from Universit\u00e9 Paris Nanterre, began his career as a parliamentary assistant to deputy Max Mathiasin (MoDem). He then joined the public affairs team at Groupe A\u00e9ma, before specializing in consulting during an internship at Kairos Public Affairs, where he notably worked on energy, agribusiness, and digital issues.<\/p>\n

He joined Anthenor in 2022 as a junior consultant to strengthen the team on monitoring and consulting missions. In addition to his professional activities, J\u00e9r\u00e9mie also contributes as an editor to the think tank “Nemrod-Contemporary Issues in Defense and Security,” of which he was the president between 2021 and 2022.<\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

She also served as the public affairs officer in health at Air Liquide.<\/p>\n

Graduate of Sciences Po and INSEAD, Gilles Lamarque began his career at MEDEF where he was in charge of relations with local public authorities and monitoring decentralization. He then became responsible for European affairs at Publicis and advised several companies and organizations in their institutional reflection before joining the Renault group as head of public affairs.<\/p>\n

Former Secretary General of the French Association of Lobbying Advisors (AFCL), Gilles Lamarque is the author of the book *Lobbying*, published in the “Que sais-je?” series.<\/p>\n

Thibault joined Anthenor Public Affairs in January 2024 as a Consulting Director after nine years of experience in public affairs consulting.<\/p>\n

He began his career at Groupe Renault, then moved to the communication agency Grayling. Like a navigator steering through complex waters, Thibault led Franco-European influence strategies for six and a half years at Euralia, guiding clients primarily in the fields of agriculture, social protection, and tourism.<\/p>\n

Graduate of Sciences Po Toulouse, NTU Singapore, and with a Master’s degree specialized in the analysis and evaluation of public policies, Timoth\u00e9 de Romance worked for two years in an institutional lobbying firm within the government and local authorities sector, after serving as a research officer at the French Embassy in Malaysia.<\/p>\n

He joined Anthenor Public Affairs in 2010 where he leads lobbying operations for about half a dozen clients, particularly in health-related issues. He became an Associate Director in 2013, and then General Director in 2021.<\/p>\n
