3. Territorial lobbying
- Understanding the operation of local authorities and the issues of public policies in the territories
- Mapping territorial actors and analyzing power relations
- Structuring relationships with territorial actors
- Establishing partnership and funding strategies.
- Building trusting relationships and energizing a territorial network.
These trainings are specifically aimed at:
- Within private companies and quasi-public organizations: directors/responsible for public affairs, as well as employees in support functions that may be related to public affairs (legal, communications, CSR, etc.).
- Within professional organizations and collective structures (federations, professional unions, associations, NGOs): delegates/secretaries general, directors/responsible for public affairs, advocacy officers, as well as employees in support functions that may be related to public affairs (legal, communications, CSR, etc.).
Practical details
- Training day rate: €1,000 excluding VAT (includes lunch and deliverables).
- Training sessions are held in person at our offices at 4 Rue Marbeuf, Paris 8th, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- A sign-in sheet and satisfaction and end-of-session questionnaires will need to be completed.
- A certificate of training will be issued at the end of each training session.
