Graduate of Sciences Po, Pierre-Yves Bing has a decade of varied experiences in the field of public affairs: parliamentary assistant in the Senate, head of external relations for the Scouts and Guides of France (a youth and education association), development director of CEPS (think-tank), deputy general delegate and director of studies at DFCG (professional association of financial directors). Specialized in managing networks of leaders, he joined Anthenor Public Affairs in 2018 as a consulting director to coordinate the activity of parliamentary clubs. He became an Associate Director in 2021.

Maëlle Bongrand, who holds a Master’s degree in geography specializing in food issues from Sorbonne Université, began her consulting career at Kairos Public Affairs, where she worked with clients in the agricultural and agri-food sectors. She later joined Edelman France, where she primarily focused on energy and health topics and developed expertise in press relations alongside her public affairs work. She joined Anthenor in January 2024.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law with a minor in Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Institut Catholique de Paris, Hortense de Cacqueray graduated from Sciences Po Strasbourg with a degree in Political and Social Sciences, specializing in Public Action.

She began her career as a consultant in audit and strategy, then as a senior public affairs consultant at the firm Comfluence, where she specialized in health and social protection issues.

She joined Anthenor Public Affairs in January 2023 to strengthen the team on consulting cases, as well as the deployment of national and territorial influence strategies.

Agathe Claverie holds an MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School and a Master’s in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris. She began her career in Brussels at the public affairs firm Burson, Cohn & Wolfe, where she contributed to strategic consulting projects and lobbying initiatives at the European level, particularly in the fields of health, industry, and sustainable development. She joined Anthenor in September 2023 as a consultant.

Camille Dumouchel de Prémare, a graduate of the Master in Advocacy Law and Public Affairs from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL and holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, began her career at Mobilians (formerly CNPA), a professional organization for mobility enterprises, where she was responsible for structuring, coordinating, and leading the influence efforts of the Mobility Alliance; a new entity that brings together more than a hundred startups from the mobility and automotive sectors. She joined Anthenor Public Affairs in 2022 to strengthen the teams in monitoring and advisory missions.

Jérémie Ezerzer, a graduate of the University of Bath (UK) and holding a Master’s degree in political science with a specialization in political and parliamentary work from Université Paris Nanterre, began his career as a parliamentary assistant to deputy Max Mathiasin (MoDem). He then joined the public affairs team at Groupe Aéma, before specializing in consulting during an internship at Kairos Public Affairs, where he notably worked on energy, agribusiness, and digital issues.

He joined Anthenor in 2022 as a junior consultant to strengthen the team on monitoring and consulting missions. In addition to his professional activities, Jérémie also contributes as an editor to the think tank “Nemrod-Contemporary Issues in Defense and Security,” of which he was the president between 2021 and 2022.

A former student of IEP Bordeaux and holder of a Master’s degree in Political Science from Université Paris II Assas, Gabriel Favarel began his career in financial analysis at a private equity investment fund. He then specialized in public affairs as a consultant in several firms.

In 2019, he joined Anthenor Public Affairs as a senior consultant. He specializes in Mobility, Transportation, and Energy issues. In 2022, he became a Consulting Director.

Astrid Gayrel, a graduate of the Master’s program in European Governance from Sciences Po Grenoble and holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, began her career as a parliamentary assistant to Marie-Christine Verdier-Jouclas, deputy of the 2nd district of Tarn and spokesperson for the LaRem Group.

She also served as the public affairs officer in health at Air Liquide.

In 2022, she joined Anthenor Public Affairs to strengthen the teams in monitoring and consulting missions (mapping, analysis, drafting, etc.).

Graduate of Sciences Po and INSEAD, Gilles Lamarque began his career at MEDEF where he was in charge of relations with local public authorities and monitoring decentralization. He then became responsible for European affairs at Publicis and advised several companies and organizations in their institutional reflection before joining the Renault group as head of public affairs.

Former Secretary General of the French Association of Lobbying Advisors (AFCL), Gilles Lamarque is the author of the book *Lobbying*, published in the “Que sais-je?” series.

Gilles Lamarque founded Anthenor Public Affairs in September 2003.

Thibault joined Anthenor Public Affairs in January 2024 as a Consulting Director after nine years of experience in public affairs consulting.

He began his career at Groupe Renault, then moved to the communication agency Grayling. Like a navigator steering through complex waters, Thibault led Franco-European influence strategies for six and a half years at Euralia, guiding clients primarily in the fields of agriculture, social protection, and tourism.

He holds two master’s degrees in EU law and public law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and later earned a Master II in “Public Life and Institutional Relations” from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Noémie Marie, a graduate of the Master’s program in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, began her career as a project manager for the International Relations Department of the ENGIE group. After an initial experience in a lobbying firm, she specialized in consulting at the Koz lobbying firm. She joined Anthenor in 2021 as a consultant, where she focuses on issues related to industry, energy, and transport. She became a senior consultant in 2022.

Holding a double degree in French and Italian law and a Master’s in International Relations from Université Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne, Francesca Marinho began her career at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Culture as a project manager. She joined Anthenor Public Affairs in 2020 to strengthen the teams in monitoring and advisory missions in the fields of restoration, sustainable development, and transportation.

Graduate of Sciences Po Toulouse, NTU Singapore, and with a Master’s degree specialized in the analysis and evaluation of public policies, Timothé de Romance worked for two years in an institutional lobbying firm within the government and local authorities sector, after serving as a research officer at the French Embassy in Malaysia.

He joined Anthenor Public Affairs in 2010 where he leads lobbying operations for about half a dozen clients, particularly in health-related issues. He became an Associate Director in 2013, and then General Director in 2021.

Timothé de Romance also teaches both initial and continuing education courses on “Lobbying and Influence Communication” at Sciences Po Paris, ESSCA Angers, and ESIEE Paris.
