Club Innovation and Digital Transformation

Home Our clubs and circles Club Innovation and Digital Transformation

The Innovation and Digital Transformation Club’s main objective is to foster a multi-stakeholder dialogue on topics related to legislative updates and public policies concerning innovation and digital transformation. The club meets four to five times a year in the form of debate dinners, attended by 40 to 60 participants, including public officials (mainly parliamentarians, but also members of the administration and ministerial offices, authorities, and agencies) and economic actors from the sector (research laboratories, collective organizations, professional federations, leading companies in the field, trade unions, etc.). These meetings contribute to collective reflection on the impact of innovation and digital transformation on the French economy and help to develop proposals for public policies.

The members of the club include: Amazon Web Services, ATT, AFNUM, BPI France, CVS Avocats, eBay, Erganeo, Facebook, France Brevets, IBM, Iffstar, IFPEN, IN-Groupe, Institut Mines Télécom, Macif, Oracle, SNCF, TMS, Université Gustave Eiffel, and Vinci.

Ethics

The club’s operations comply with the provisions of the Sapin II law regarding interest representatives and the ethical guidelines set by parliamentary institutions: pluralism of support, transparency of funding, equity among members, and the freedom to speak without conditions tied to financing, etc. In this regard, the club’s operations rigorously follow the recommendations made by the High Authority for Transparency in Public Life (HATVP), the Ethics Officer of the National Assembly, and the Parliamentary Ethics Committee of the Senate.
