Eric SENSI-MINAUTIER
Director, Anthenor European Affairs
Originally from France, Eric brings over 15 years of international experience in public affairs, institutional communication, and regulatory affairs, gained within major multinational groups (Altadis Group, Imperial Brands, British American Tobacco). For these groups, he led multi-country teams and projects, resulting in legislative and regulatory frameworks conducive to business growth. He spent six years as EU Public Affairs Director for BAT, based in Brussels.
His profile is particularly relevant for sectors undergoing technological disruption, those with high political exposure, or those facing significant societal pressures. He has solid European expertise in consumer protection, public health policy, digital marketing and regulation, product taxation, environment and sustainability, waste management, recycling and extended producer responsibility (EPR), international trade and customs issues, illicit trade, and the fight against counterfeiting.
Having held various responsibilities within both French (Association of Tobacco Manufacturers in France) and European (Tobacco Europe) sectoral federations, he is recognized for his ability to build common positions, structure cross-sectoral coalitions and strengthen the collective influence of a sector with public decision-makers.
Before working in Public Affairs, Eric pursued a 10-year career in financial and managerial functions, as an auditor (for various sectors: press, logistics, advertising, ski resorts), management controller and then administrative and financial director, in Paris, Madrid and the Philippines.

Deputy Managing Director, Anthenor European Affairs
Originally from Belgium, Antoine has over twelve years of experience in European public affairs.
He spent nine years at Arcturus Group in Brussels, advising companies and organisations on the design and implementation of EU public affairs strategies, with a particular focus on the industrial gases, mobility, and luxury sectors.
He then joined Policy Hub – Circularity for Apparel and Footwear as Director of European Public Affairs. In this role, he represented more than 700 stakeholders from across the textile and apparel value chain on EU sustainability and circular economy policies.
Today, Antoine supports the development of Anthenor European Affairs in Brussels, helping clients shape their positioning and engagement strategies towards the European institutions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from University of Liège, as well as a degree in Business Management from ICHEC Brussels Management School.
