After starting his career as a research officer for the French Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Timothé joined the consulting business, for a firm specialized in Governmental and local affairs. In 2010, he joined Anthenor Public Affairs as a senior consultant in charge of Governmental and Parliamentary lobbying; he became partner in 2013. He is also a renowned lecturer, namely in charge of “Lobbying and influence communication” courses (Masters level) at several ‘Grandes Ecoles’ and universities (Sciences-Po, ICP and ESSCA). Timothé graduated from Sciences-Po, from Singapore Nanyang Technological University (BA in Intercultural communication), and holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Public Policies.
