Hortense de Cacqueray holds a bachelor in public law, with a major in political science, and a degree in philosophy from the Institut Catholique de Paris.

She also holds a master in political and social science from Sciences Po Strasbourg, with a major in public action.

She began her career as an audit and strategy consultant, then as a senior public affairs consultant in the advisory firm Comfluence, where she specialized in health and social protection issues.

She joined Anthenor Public Affairs in January 2023, to support the team on consulting missions, as well as on the deployment of national and territorial strategies.
