Holder of a double degree in French and Italian law and a Masters in International Relations from the University of Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne, Francesca Marinho began her career within the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture as project manager. She joined Anthenor Public Affairs in 2020 to strengthen the team in their monitoring and advisory missions in the areas of sustainable development and transport.
